If you're still interested in working with me, you may consider using your out-of-network benefits. Please feel free to contact me for information about my out-of-network fees.

Additionally, I am open to working with insurance companies through single case agreements. If you believe this may apply to your plan, please contact me for more details.

To explore your out-of-network benefits, you can ask your insurance provider the following questions:

• Does my plan cover out-of-network providers?

• Does it cover cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)?

• Are CPT codes 90834, 90837, and 90791 reimbursable under my plan?

• Are there limits on the number of sessions covered?

• What percentage of the fee is reimbursed?

• What is the allowed amount for standard and customary rates?
